We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the booked service price. We understand life happens — please just let us know as soon as you can.
All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations. Please bring proof of vaccination for your first visit. This protects your dog and every other dog we care for.
Severely matted coats may need to be clipped short for your dog's comfort and welfare. We'll always discuss options with you first and act in your dog's best interest. A matted coat charge may apply.
Puppies can visit from 12 weeks (after their second vaccination). We take extra care with senior dogs, adapting our approach to their needs and comfort. Please tell us about any health conditions.
Please let us know of any behavioural concerns before your appointment. We're experienced with nervous dogs and always work at your dog's pace, stopping if we feel your dog is in distress.
Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened groom. We'll contact you when your dog is ready, and ask that you collect promptly.
